Low Cost Spay / Neuter

Funding from Pasco County Pet License Fees along with the support of participating Veterinarians allows us to assist low income pet owners in Pasco County with spaying and neutering their pets. Millions of unwanted dogs and cats are euthanized every year. Help stop this needless act by having your pets spayed and neutered.


Fees:

Cats - $10 - includes pre-operative examination by a veterinarian, spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccination and County License.

Dogs - $20 -includes pre-operative examination by a veterinarian, spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccination and County License.

This program is designed to help low income families. Applicants for low cost services are required to provide proof of eligibility by: either (1) evidence of participation in qualifying government assistance program (refer to application); or (2) proof that household income falls within the Income Guidelines.


Low Cost Spay/Neuter Application.

Directions for completing the application are listed on the application. Please include a self addressed stamped envelope along with a copy of your drivers license (or other photo ID), utility bill or rent receipt (proof of Pasco County residency) and proof of income or benefits. All items listed must be included with your application, there are no exceptions. Checks should be made out to Spay Pasco. If you have any questions regarding your application or are not sure if you qualify, please call 352.585.6205 and leave a message including the best time to return your call and a volunteer will assist you. Please send your application through regular postal mail not Priority (we won't receive it any faster).
