Funding from Pasco County Pet License Fees along with the support of participating Veterinarians allows us to assist low income pet owners in Pasco County with spaying and neutering their pets. Millions of unwanted dogs and cats are euthanized every year. Help stop this needless act by having your pets spayed and neutered.
