In July of 2007, Spay Pasco was formed from the vision of our Medical Director, Diana Mattox, DVM to stop pet overpopulation by spaying and neutering. A small group of volunteers, with a passion for animals, came together to create Spay Pasco. The original board of directors and officers of the corporation included Diana Mattox, president, Carol Comer, vice-president and Mary Andrews, treasurer.  In January of 2010 Brenda Daniels joined our team as secretary.
